Türkiye
Access to the Romanian energy market for investors and developers from Türkiye.
BRES Energy gives investors and developers from Türkiye access to the Romanian energy market — the second largest renewables market in Central and Eastern Europe by project pipeline. We provide structured due diligence, Data Room access under NDA, and a portfolio of more than 5 GW of solar, wind, hybrid and BESS projects prepared to international transaction standards.
As broker, developer, asset manager and EPC integrator, we cover a project's entire life cycle — from legal and technical structuring, through execution, to commercial positioning in front of institutional investors. Our team includes direct experience at the level of the national electricity transmission operator, a decisive advantage in understanding grid connection processes (ATR), often the most complex point for an investor new to the Romanian market.
The portfolio BRES administers includes both our own projects and those of partner developers, at various stages — from ready-to-build assets in due diligence through to active EPC execution on site.
How it works
From first contact to signing the transaction.
-
01
Contact & Qualification
The investor opens the conversation; BRES confirms the profile (minimum ticket, asset type sought — solar, BESS, hybrid, RTB or operational).
-
02
NDA & Data Room Access
Signing the confidentiality agreement opens access to the technical and legal documentation of the relevant projects.
-
03
Teaser & Valuation
The investor receives the investment teaser and the independent valuation report (positioning, market benchmark, recommended price).
-
04
Expression of Interest (EOI) / Letter of Intent (LOI)
The investor submits a formal interest; BRES facilitates access to the further information needed for a well-founded offer.
-
05
Non-Binding Offer (NBO) & Negotiation
Working from the structured per-project breakdown (status, capacity, COD, Capex), the parties move to an offer and then to signing the transaction.
