EFTA ENERGY
Turkish solar EPC partner with 200+ MWp delivered in Türkiye, now investing directly in Romania ~ 150 MW solar / 250 MW BESS pipeline.
In 2026, EFTA Energy expanded into Romania, starting with a 20 MW solar and 80 MWh BESS investment, with plans to grow a local portfolio to 150 MW of solar and 250 MW of standalone battery storage.
EFTA Energy was established in 2015 within DOĞAN Oksijen, a Turkish company with a 60-year commercial history, with the aim of operating in the solar energy electricity generation sector. The company provides engineering, procurement, construction and 24/7 monitoring for industrial-scale solar power plants, active across four segments: industrial rooftop installations, agriculture and livestock applications, commercial building solutions, and ground-mounted utility-scale plants (1–50 MWp). All installation and after-sales work is carried out with EFTA's own trained personnel.
Engineering is rigorous: drone-based site surveys, AutoCAD siting by azimuth, double-checked (manual + software) shadow analysis based on the December 21 / June 21 sun path, and full PVsyst simulation before construction starts.
EFTA Energy has completed more than 200 MWp of projects in Turkey to date, with installations across 24 cities in 3 countries and over 160 different project applications, for industrial and commercial clients including Dr. Oetker and Hasan Sümer. After commissioning, EFTA provides 2 years of free maintenance, repair and reporting, with daily remote monitoring and monthly/annual production reports.
