EMAS is a Romanian renewable energy group operating through two connected brands — EMAS Business Consulting, handling development, EU funding and permitting, and EMAS Energy, handling EPC construction, independent power production and energy trading — together offering a one-stop pipeline for solar and battery storage projects.

Since founding in 2014, EMAS has developed a portfolio of 570 projects, including 166 photovoltaic parks and more than 43 BESS units, representing 2.84 GW of total capacity and over €2 billion in project value, for clients such as Digi, Orange, Vodafone, Tesla, Raiffeisen Bank and Chimicomplex.

Services span the full project lifecycle: land identification and free pre-feasibility studies, formal feasibility studies under Government Decision 907/2016, urbanism certificates and technical design (DTAC), environmental and grid-connection approvals, non-reimbursable EU funding, full EPC construction, financing support, PPAs and energy commercialization, ready-to-build project sales, and joint ventures and partnerships — including dedicated support for foreign investors entering the Romanian market.
